Insurance

We do not work directly with any insurance companies.

We do not participate with any insurance plans. Our office prioritizes expert, individualized care and believes that treatment decisions should be made by mental health professionals rather than influenced by insurance companies. To maintain this flexibility and uphold the highest standards of care, we operate as an out-of-network practice. As a courtesy, we can provide Superbills and all necessary documentation for clients who wish to submit claims independently for out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our clients receive reimbursement; however, the amount varies based on their specific insurance plan and benefits. Please be aware that we do not participate with Medicare. Additionally, Kaiser Permanente does not provide reimbursement for services received at our practice, and some plans, including Tricare and many HMOs, may not offer out-of-network benefits. We encourage all clients to contact their insurance company to fully understand their out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility prior to beginning services.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Visa, mastercard, discover, American Express, checks, cash, HSA and FSA cards, debit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
