Good Faith Estimate

Prior to the start of any service all fees will be made clear and agreed upon on our Financial Agreement form, and if appropriate or requested, on a Good Faith Estimate form. In accordance with the newly enacted (01/01/2022) No Surprises Act, Bridges Therapy and Wellness Center is in the process of creating Good Faith Estimates, which are currently available upon request.
