Kailey Bousquet, LCSW
I specialize in helping teens and adults address the emotional, relational, and psychological wounds that often stem from difficult past experiences. My approach to therapy is grounded in trauma and attachment theories, as well as relational, and humanistic principles. I focus on helping clients navigate life’s challenges, particularly in the areas of relationships, self-esteem, and personal empowerment. I also have training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy), which has been shown to be highly effective in relieving distress associated with upsetting experiences, and often integrate elements of this into my work.
My intention is to provide you with a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable and heard. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, gain insight into your struggles, and empower you to make lasting changes that align with your true self. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of healing and transformation, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
