Bridges Therapy and Wellness Center was founded by Clinical Psychologists Erika Shilling, Ph.D. and Michelle Mullaley, Ph.D. In addition to us, we have a diverse clinical staff with expertise in many areas offering services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We believe caring for mental health helps improve coping skills, heal from trauma, stabilize mood, change behavior, increase self-awareness, enhance communication, and identify and overcome obstacles interfering with one’s health and happiness. Therefore, taking an integrative, whole mind-body approach, we incorporate opportunities to learn about nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, stress management and self-care along with our psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and psychiatric services.
